Sunday Service

Our main weekly meeting for all those living within striking distance of the Wharf is on Sundays at 6pm. We meet to listen to what God has to say to us as the Bible is explained, and to praise him as we sing Christian hymns and songs, led by a group of musicians and singers.

Free coffee and cake is served towards the end of the meeting, at which point there is an open forum offering the chance to ask questions or make comments related to the theme from the Bible for that evening. After the meeting many people stay around on the Barge or go to nearby venues to enjoy food and drink together. Our Sunday services are a great place to meet other Christians living in the area, or to come and explore further the Christian claims.

In addition to this main Sunday meetings we also run two programmes which meet in smaller groups: Christianity Explored is designed for those wanting to take a closer look at the Christian claims, and Growth Groups are designed for who want to meet to study the Bible and pray with other Christians.
